The 108th annual Fisherman’s Feast, occurring from August 16th to the 19th, is Boston’s oldest continuous Italian festival in the North End. The opening ceremony begins at 6:30 pm on Thursday August 16th followed by Street Magic Accapella group beginning their performance at 9:00 pm. Get your dancing shoes on because Friday and Saturday night starting at 6pm is Disco Night at the Fisherman’s Club featuring DJ Mike Lopi. Don’t forget to take part in the 1st Annual North End’s Best Meatball Competition!

BostInno’s Bostonfest is scheduled for August 23rd from 5:30 – 9:00 pm at the Lawn on D. Bringing together the hub’s sophisticated young professionals for a monumental party, BostonFest accomodates everything from food trucks to local music. Tickets are available for purchase online – don’t miss the best celebration of everything we all love most about the city of Boston.

Save the date for the Boston Jazz Festival on August 25th at Boston Maritime Park in the Seaport area. Beginning at 12:00 pm, the most harmonious manifold array of Jazz artists will take the spotlight at Boston’s Waterfront. Returning for the 8th year, the Boston Jazz Festival connects the most experimental and exhilarating contemporary jazz artists from around the world.

Send off an unforgettable summer on August 30th by watching the Boston Harbor fireworks with friends and family. This free, picturesque firework show, can be viewed by the public, but the best locations would be Christopher Columbus Park in the North End or the Fan Pier in the Seaport. Say goodbye to the memories made these past few months as the night sky illuminates brightly and reflects over Boston’s waterfront.
